My 100 days project was intended to be a project where I created a piece of art every day for 100 days. Instead, it took me 219, what I found myself in the middle of was a project that pushed and pulled me out of my comfort zone and into new and unfamiliar places of both darkness and light, and grief and joy. It took me on a voyage that went up, over, around and through my grief of losing my mother coupled with the grief intertwined amidst the major life challenges that I have endured over the past four years. What has been created is a piece of my heart. Every little bit of this project represents me.
